Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at www.veronicabeard.us. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are needed. This policy explains your options and how the process works.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered as shown on the shipping carrier’s tracking information. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached;
  • The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, perfume, stains, makeup, or other marks.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense or may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration;
  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Visit our Returns Center or log in to your account to start the return request;
  • Provide your order number (found on your packing slip or order confirmation email);
  • Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for your return;
  • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). For approved returns due to our error, return shipping charges will be reimbursed in accordance with our procedures.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired replacement item is not available, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Store Credit

In some cases, you may receive store credit instead of a refund, which will be issued in the form of a gift code that can be used towards future purchases on www.veronicabeard.us. Store credit does not expire but is non-transferable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us promptly at customerservice@veronicabeard.us with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate and, if approved, provide instructions for replacement, exchange, or refund, including any necessary shipping arrangements.

Return Exceptions

Certain promotional items or limited-edition products may have special return conditions. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable timeframe after we’ve confirmed it, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still have not received your refund, contact our customer support team for assistance.

International Returns

International returns are accepted subject to eligibility and at the customer’s expense. Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for international returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
